Nice article about the Stones’ nice victory over Chauncey and the Nuggets yesterday. Chauncey is very gracious throughout, and the fans showed him a lot of much deserved love. Let it rain, word.
One nitpick:
The Pistons were going for their third straight win since Iverson got injured. So when they won … well, Billups still looked a lot better than the man he was traded for. He was brilliant — hitting three-pointers, finding open teammates, even drawing a phantom foul on his buddy Rip Hamilton in the final minute. Nobody draws contact, real or imagined, better than Billups.
Uhh, nobody? Actually, Iverson himself does. (So does Kobe, DWade, Kevin Martin, PPierce, Kevin Martin, BRON, etc.)
