Go Tigers

At Fenway, on the Green Monster, there’s an olde-timey scoreboard that a guy adjusts between innings with all the numbers from around baseball. And I have to admit, as a Tigers fan, I didn’t feel too comfortable seeing DET 1, CLE 0 in the late innings. Speaking of olde-timey, without me even suggesting it, my perfect mother sent me the 1935 away cap:

can we get a link to the catch by granderson that preserved the complete game for verlander instead of having it end in a walk off 2 run shot?

i think that’s a permanent link to the highlight. i wish the leagues would make highlights a little easier to play around.

anyway, that was an unbelievable play, perfect execution. he’s the real deal, very happy i get to follow him as a fan. he’s on pace for about 50 homers, 120 ribbies, 110 runs scored, and five game saving homer robberies. still striking out too much though.
