All though I agree, I was in a band that I founded with a drummer when I was 18. I left the band when I was 20 and the drummer was the only original member. They retained the band name and songs I wrote.
I don’t know who said it was a rule that you have to have two original members…
Anyway, Axl has the rights to the band name so he can do what he wants with it.
and TECHNICALLY there is one remaining member…that keyboard player? Dizzy Reed. he was around for illusion…

Then he quit a year later.
It had 0 original memebers left.
They still kept the name and songs.
